1. Terms of Service Travabus operates exclusively as a technological intermediation platform between road passenger transport companies. Travabus is not a carrier, travel agency, or holder of the transport service. The platform facilitates the connection between companies offering available buses and companies needing to hire transport services. The transport contract is entered into directly between the carrier company and the client. Travabus does not assume the provision, organization or material execution of the service. Travabus charges a 5% commission on the trip price (minimum 25 EUR) for each completed booking. Publishing ads is free. The commission is automatically deducted from the payment upon booking confirmation. Payments are processed securely through Stripe using Stripe Connect technology. As a general rule, the trip amount is automatically distributed between the carrier company and Travabus for its commission. In the exceptional case of a technical incident causing the full amount to be received in the Travabus account, said amount shall be understood as collected on behalf of the carrier company and will be transferred to it, deducting only the applicable commission. The amount may be held until the administrator confirms the transaction. In case of cancellation before confirmation, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the applicable payment conditions. Travabus is not responsible for the execution of the transport service, delays, cancellations, damages or any breach arising therefrom. Registered carrier companies are solely responsible for fulfilling their contractual, legal, administrative and safety obligations, including licenses, insurance and regulations applicable to road passenger transport.
2. Privacy Policy Travabus collects the data necessary for the operation of the platform, including company identification data (name or business name, tax ID, address), contact data (email, phone) and, where necessary for payment operations, banking data (IBAN, BIC/SWIFT). The purpose of data processing is to enable user registration, booking management, intermediation between companies, payment management, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations. Data is stored securely on Supabase (European infrastructure). Payments are processed through Stripe, a provider that complies with PCI DSS security standards and acts as a data processor regarding payment management. We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary for the correct execution of the intermediation service (including the communication of strictly necessary data between the client and the carrier company), for payment processing through Stripe, or when required by law. After payment confirmation, the contact data of both parties may be shared for the sole purpose of facilitating the coordination and execution of the transport service between the client and the carrier company. The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in ensuring platform security and preventing fraud. Data will be retained for the time necessary to provide the service and comply with applicable legal obligations. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to request its portability, by contacting us at info@travabus.com.

These cookies are essential to enable navigation and the use of the basic functionalities of the website, including access to secure areas and booking management. Without these cookies, the platform cannot function properly. Travabus does not use advertising, behavioral tracking or third-party analytics cookies. No user profiles are created and no browsing data is shared for commercial purposes. Technical cookies do not require prior consent under applicable regulations, as they are necessary for the provision of the service requested by the user. However, the user may configure their browser to block or delete cookies, although this may affect the normal operation of the platform.
