Travabus applies a 5% commission on the total trip price, with a minimum of 25 EUR for each booking confirmed and successfully paid through the platform. Publishing ads is completely free. A commission is only generated when a booking is formalized through effective payment by the client. If your bus is not booked, no cost is generated. The commission is calculated on the total amount agreed for the transport service and is automatically deducted at the time of payment confirmation, through the distribution system integrated with Stripe Connect. Travabus does not apply registration fees, subscriptions or hidden costs. The only cost associated with using the platform is the indicated commission in case of a confirmed booking. In case of cancellation in accordance with applicable conditions, the treatment of the commission will be carried out in accordance with the payment and refund policy in force on the platform.
